Installment Payment Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made using our interest-free monthly installment option via Stripe.

1. Overview
R. F. Beauty Experts Ltd offers selected products (e.g. professional beauty devices) with the option to pay in three (3) equal, interest-free monthly installments. This method is provided for your convenience and flexibility, and payments are processed securely via Stripe, our trusted payment platform for installment transactions.

2. Payment Terms

• The full price of the product is split into three (3) equal monthly payments.
• 1st instalment is charged immediately and confirms your order.
• 2nd and 3rd instalments are charged automatically 30 and 60 days after the initial charge, using the same card you provided.
• No manual action is needed after the first payment.
• No interest or hidden fees are applied.

2A. Transparency & Simplicity

• This is not a financing agreement or loan — no bank is involved.
• There is no credit check or financial application.
• Only the amount of each monthly payment is charged when due.
• The full amount is not held or blocked on the card.
• The entire process is managed automatically and securely via Stripe. Your card details are not stored by us.

3. Order Processing

• Your order will be processed and shipped only after the first instalment has been successfully paid.
• A confirmation email with the installment schedule will be sent to you after the initial payment.

4. Failed Payments

• In case a scheduled installment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds), Stripe will attempt up to four (4) retries within 14 days.
• If all attempts fail:
  • The remaining balance becomes immediately due.
  • Product warranty and technical support may be suspended or voided.
  • R. F. Beauty Experts Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the unpaid amount.
    

5. Ownership and Risk

• Ownership of the product remains the R. F. Beauty Experts Ltd until the full balance has been paid.
• You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available on your card on each due date.
  

6. Legal Terms

• This policy forms part of your sales agreement with R. F. Beauty Experts Ltd.
• It is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
• Any disputes arising from installment payments will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

ℹ️ Important Reminder: Before selecting the installment payment option, we kindly recommend ensuring that you will be able to complete all scheduled payments in full. This option is offered to support flexibility and convenience, but it remains a binding financial commitment until the total amount has been paid.
