RFBDelivery Policy

1. Overview

R. F. Beauty Experts Ltd provides the RFBDelivery service, which offers fast and reliable same-day delivery within selected areas of Limassol, Cyprus.

2. Service Areas

• We deliver within Limassol to the following postcode ranges:
  30xx, 31xx, 40xx, 41xx, 45xx.
• The checkout system automatically detects whether your address is within the supported delivery zone base on your postcode you will enter. If your postcode is supported, the RFBDelivery option will appear at the shipping methods.

3. Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered within 1–3 hours from the moment the order is completed.
• Orders placed after 16:30 or after 13:30 (on Wednesday) may be delivered on the next business day.

4. Delivery Hours

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
• Wednesday: 10:00 - 15:00

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

5. Minimum Order & Delivery Cost

• Minimum order: €30
• Delivery cost: FREE

6. Delivery Process

Once your order is placed:

• You receive an order confirmation email.

• Our team prepares your order immediately.
  

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

7. Delays & Exceptions

• In rare cases (traffic, weather conditions, high order volume), delays may occur.
• If so, you will be notified via phone or SMS.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is present at the address or if the address details are incorrect:

• A re-delivery can be arranged

• A re-delivery fee may apply at €3

9. Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the RFBDelivery service, including this policy, at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated on our website.
