Return, Cancellation & Withdrawal Request
You can submit a return, cancellation or withdrawal request for an online order using one of the options below.
Please submit only one request for the same order, unless we ask you to provide additional information.
Option 1: Manage your request through your customer account
Use this option if you want to manage your request directly through your customer account and order history.
- Log in to your account, find and select the relevant order.
- If the order has already been prepared or shipped, you will see the “Return Items” option.
- If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, you will see the “Cancel Items” option.
- Follow the instructions shown on screen to submit your request.
- After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
Option 2: Submit a request without logging in
Use this option if you do not want to log in to your customer account or if you cannot access your account.
Use the form below to submit your withdrawal request without logging in.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
Important Information
This page is for return, cancellation and withdrawal requests for online orders.
Submitting a request does not mean that the request has already been approved. We will review your request according to our Returns, Cancellations & Withdrawal Policy and applicable consumer law.
If your request concerns a return, please do not send any items back before receiving instructions from us.
