At RFB Exclusive, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your right of withdrawal, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds for eligible online purchases.

Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases
For eligible online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your item, where applicable under EU consumer law.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, your withdrawal request may be processed as a cancellation.
If your order has already been fulfilled, shipped or delivered, your withdrawal request may need to be processed as a return.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched. If the order has already been fulfilled, shipped or delivered, your request may need to be processed as a return instead.
Returns After Delivery
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible products. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, where applicable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened where applicable, with tags, seals and labels intact where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or withdrawal may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If possible, please include your order number and photos of the damaged, defective or incorrect item when contacting us.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, custom or personalised products, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
This may include, but is not limited to, opened or used cosmetics, nail products, skincare products, hygiene-sensitive beauty products, or any product that cannot be safely resold once opened, unsealed or used.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for an eligible online purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item and the standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase, where applicable.
Any additional cost resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be refunded.
If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong, defective or damaged item, we will provide further instructions and assist you with the return process.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
