Return Policy

1. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your unopened items, we will happily accept a return within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a rfbnails.com gift card. As a result of hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note: If an open, used, damaged or missing parts item/product is returned not due to our error, there will be a return fee of up to 50% of the item's/product's price.

1a. Return Procedure
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or invoice of purchase.
- Send us an email at info@rfbnails.com with your receipt or invoice of purchase attached and which products you want to return.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be approved.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Products must arrive in new condition, unopened and with no signs of use in order to be accepted.
- Ship your items to the address provided in an email once your return request is approved. Please note, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Your refund will be issued in the form of RFB Exclusive store credit or a gift card.
- Please expect 14 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.

Please Note: Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience by clicking HERE. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction. 

2. Refunds
2a.
If the error was made on our part, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2b. In a case you change your mind and you want to return some product/s, all returns are refunded via store credit or a gift card and will be available within 14 business days from the day we receive your return package. RFB Exclusive does not issue store credit for original or return shipping charges.

3. Sale Items
All sale, discounted or bundled items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

4. Exchanges
With limited exceptions, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for purchases made on rfbnails.com for hygiene reasons. If you would like to return a new and unused item, please send us an email at info@rfbnails.com. Store credit or a gift card will be issued when we receive your items and inspect for it's condition and you will then be able to use your store credit or gift card to place another order.

5. Damaged Items
Although we certainly hope there isn’t any damage that has been incurred during the processing and shipping of your products, we happily assist you if there is. If you notice any issues with your order upon its arrival, please fill out our contact form HERE and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items and a brief description of the issue so that we can further assist you! Each inquiry will be handled on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
