Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our Loyalty Program! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participation. By joining or using our Loyalty Program, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview
Our Loyalty Program rewards customers with RFB Points for purchases and other eligible activities. RFB Points can be redeemed for discounts or other rewards, as outlined below. The program is available both online through our website and in-store.
2. Eligibility
- To register to our Loyalty Program, you must create an account on our website or provide your email address during in-store purchases to participate.
3. Earning Points
- Customers earn 1 RFB Point for every €1 spent on eligible purchases (including taxes, shipping, and discounts).
- RFB Points may also be earned through promotional activities, such as referrals or special events, as communicated by us.
- RFB Points will be credited to your account within some minutes of a completed transaction, whether made online or in-store.
- Points will only be awarded for purchases made after you join the Loyalty Program. This applies whether you are a new customer or an existing customer with an account. Previous purchases, even if made under an existing account, will not count towards earning points.
Exclusions: Certain product categories are not eligible for earning RFB Points, such as:
- Aesthetic Machines
- Courses and Seminars
- Gift cards

Refunds: In case you refund the order or a part of it, the corresponding RFB points will be deducted from your remaining balance.
4. Redeeming Points
- RFB Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases as follows: 100 RFB Points = €5 discount
- A minimum of 100 RFB Points is required to redeem points.
- RFB Points cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Redemptions are available both online and in-store. Customers redeeming in-store should inform staff at checkout.
5. Program Changes and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated on our website.
- If the program is terminated, unused RFB Points will no longer be redeemable.
6. Fraud and Abuse
- Any abuse of the program, including but not limited to fraudulent earning or redemption of RFB Points, may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of points.
- We reserve the right to review and investigate all program activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for errors, technical issues, or delays in the operation of the Loyalty Program.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the program.
8. Privacy
